Build samples

What a four-week sprint looks like when one operator runs the full stack: brand image generation, UGC video, lifecycle email, comparison-site build, and a 3D product accessory. Every asset on this page was produced for a real Dutch consumer brand. Click anything to view it large.

01 — Brand image generation

Custom-trained image library

Local image generation tuned on the brand's actual product geometry, color system, and packaging. ~30 publish-ready shots produced in roughly two hours of compute, then human-filtered. The model is brand-locked: it generates this product, not a generic stand-in.

Output: PNG 2048px, 6 hero shots shown · Compute: M5 Pro 48GB local · Time: ~2 hrs incl. selection

02 — UGC video pipeline

Vertical short-form, English voice

Five vertical clips, 720x1264, English voiceover and on-camera talent variants. Produced as a pipeline: brief → storyboard → generated takes → cut → post. Designed for paid social and organic feeds, ~15-25 seconds per clip.

Kitchen, Emily
Workshop, Andre
Rooftop, Alex
Wellness, Dakota
Yoga, Bianca

Format: 720x1264 vertical · Length: 15-25s · Variants: 5 personas, locations, scripts

03 — Lifecycle email

Four flows, one campaign per month

Welcome, day-five check-in, replenishment trigger, and winback. Plain HTML, brand voice, single CTA each. Designed to slot into Klaviyo or any standard ESP. The screenshots show finished templates, not wireframes.

Flows: 4 evergreen · Campaigns: 1 / month · Format: HTML, dark + light

04 — Comparison-site asset

Independent product comparison

A standalone comparison site that ranks the brand against three named competitors on price, build quality, and form factor. Built as an arms-length asset on its own domain, not as marketing copy. Captures "X vs Y" search intent and routes qualified traffic on a CPA basis.

Stack & approach

Everything on this page was produced solo, on local hardware, with a Claude-Code-driven automation stack. No external agency, no stock library, no template marketplace.

The pipeline is the point. Each artifact above is the output of a system that runs again next week, on a different brand, against a different brief.

Sample work produced May 2026. Public showcase used with subject's awareness.
